This warranty covers the functionality of the pendrive itself and does not extend to any data stored on the device. We do not guarantee the integrity or availability of the operating systems, software, or tools pre-loaded onto the pendrive.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or attempts to disassemble the pendrive. Additionally, any damage caused by formatting or erasing the data stored on the pendrive is not covered under this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the pendrive to determine the cause of the issue before providing a replacement or repair.

Users must ensure that any antivirus software on their computer is turned off before using the pendrive. Antivirus scans may mistakenly identify certain files as threats and delete them, potentially causing issues with the functionality of the pendrive.

Users should refrain from using the pendrive with devices such as mobile phones, tablets, or pads, as these devices may not support the file systems or software contained on the pendrive. Such usage may result in formatting or data loss on the pendrive.
